Radio One Indy Promotes Andrea Kahrer

Congratulations to Andrea (Geiger) Kahrer, who has been promoted to vice president/general manager at Radio One Indiana, overseeing multiple stations, including WIBC, WYXB, WTLC, WLHK, WHHH, and The Fan.
