When it comes to your work place, the leadership is either good or you know, bad. Many managers are seeking to better their relationships with employees by knowing how they learn. Knowing how they learn can remove confusion in daily tasks. Everyone want to work for a good leader, but not everyone who is a leader can be a leader. When they are look leaders you know it, and when they are bad you can feel that also. There’s no covering up a bad leader it filters down and the result usually isn’t very good.
