We are in the developmental phrases of moving into two National Museums. National Black Radio Hall of Fame Museum – St. Louis, Mo. already located at Harris-Stowe State University is moving into its new facility on campus and is ready to lift off with its new radio station.
National Black Radio Hall of Fame Museum – Atlanta Chapter is moving into its new facility (the 330 Auburn Avenue Masonic Lodge; original home of America’s 1st Black owned Radio Station WERD) in the Winter of 2023; and still has many of its programs; i.e. “Drop Da Mic” for students in area reading and debate clubs to assist with presentation of speech competitiveness and influential readings.
We are also collecting artifacts for our facility and need funding for acquiring additional pieces for display. Please feel free to view our site and donate to all of our causes… Museum, Children Drop Da Mic Program, Community Service Awards, Annual Awards Induction Program and our upcoming Female Veterans Outreach Program.
